Alright, let's move on.

If you are using Web to add your workspace's current cylinder inventory, take the time to organize the recovery and refillable cylinders by size, and then have them weighed before you add them, or grab your scale and be ready to weigh in real time.

Tap the Cylinders tab on the left side of your screen. You will be able to see all of the tanks in your team's possession and at locations your cylinders are currently located as long as you maintain tracking.

Tap the Create Cylinder button on the right side of your screen. Choose which cylinder type you're creating. Recovery and Refillable tanks are created the same way, so in this video we'll choose Recovery. Pick your cylinder size, add your refrigerant type and also the refrigerant weight. The Water Capacity and tare weight fields will auto fill in for you, but edit them if you need to. If your cylinder is empty, don't worry, it won't be tied to a refrigerant until you fill it, so leave the 'Type' and 'Purity' fields empty for now.

If you need to go a step further and add another refrigerant type, then tap the +, and identify more refrigerants within the tank.

Scroll down to Cylinder details and enter as much information as possible.

We get it, cylinders get pretty beat up, so just enter as much information as you can find.

In the Serial Number field, type out your cylinder's number, add a nickname or identifier into the 'Alias' field to help quickly identify tanks and finally add the Make, Manufacturer Date, and Certification date if you have them.

Lastly, add a location! As a web user, you don't typically have cylinders in your possession and remember, location can only be a place, not a member of your Team. Add the location of where these tanks are currently located or leave the field blank to keep them in your own possession to transfer to a tech after you finish creating them.

If you don't know how, go take a look at our cylinder transfer article.

For now let's move on. Once you're finished, tap 'Save', and you're done. Repeat this process until your actual Recovery & Refillable inventory and FMHero inventories match.

Congrats Hero! Good job powering up with FMHero!
