Setting up your dashboard on WEB
Welcome to FMHero Web!
Want this in video form?
In this video we're going to discuss how to customize your dashboard, your workspace information, and notification settings. Keeping yourself organized is essential to keeping your tasks moving. Let's get started.
Your Dashboard
Your dashboard activity is a snapshot of what your team is doing in FMHero - the more they log services, add and use cylinders, and complete FSOs, the more informative your dashboard will be.
On the far right, there's a button that says 'Edit Dashboard'. Tapping on it opens up a list of icons that can be added or removed based on your needs. Modify it to how you need it - this is your dashboard, no one else in the workspace will be affected by your settings, filters, and changes.
You might notice, in the top right of each dashboard card, a 'View All' button. Tapping 'View All' on any card will take you to a filtered list, modified to match the data of that category. Take a look around - FMHero has a lot of quick data ready for you to review!
Alright, let's get started on a quick dashboard explanation.
FSO Cards
FSO cards - like 'Needing Approval', 'Ongoing vs. Completed', and 'Under Review' - are all used to give you quick, real-time updates on ongoing field service orders your techs are recording. Use these cards to quickly jump into an FSO ready for review, and gain details or finalized reports for ongoing or completed orders.
User Cards
Cards related to users, like 'User Stats' and 'Workspace Users', are a fast way to see how many active heroes and active support users are currently on your team, and to jump into your 'Manage Team' page for handling team changes, roles, and permissions. Go watch our Manage Team video to find out how to add and remove members - for now, we'll move on.
Appointment Cards
'Team Appointments' and 'Upcoming Appointments' give you full details of past, present, and upcoming appointments scheduled for your team. At the top, you can see a list view and a calendar view to help visualize the timeline. You can also create appointments here, but we won't dive into that in this video. If you're curious about more appointment details, go watch that video now. For now, let's move on.
Cylinder Tab
Lastly, the cylinder tab shows you how many cylinders you have within your team, and how many are pending transfer to other techs. Diving in, you'll gain a detailed view of each cylinder, its contents, and current location.
Workspace & Notification Settings
Alright, we've customized a lot. Let's talk about a couple more important customizations.
If you want to update your company information or add a new workspace image, click on your workspace icon in the top right corner, then go down to 'Manage Workspace' from there. You'll be able to change any information about this workspace, including a photo, your workspace name, the location, the website, and more.
You can also customize your workspace's notifications - again, click on the workspace icon in the top right corner and go down to 'Notification Settings' from there. You can update settings on cylinder management, team management, service provider management, and more!
